When you book an appointment, you are agreeing to the cancelation/no-show/rescheduling policy of getting charged 50% of the Service(s) booked. Refunds will not be given for those who are charged a cancelation/no-show/rescheduling fee. If you need to cancel/reschedule it must be done more than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you rebook within 7 days of canceling, your 50% fee will be applied to that future appointment.

Vagaro sends text as well as email reminders for your appointment. If you do not get a text or email when you book an appointment, then it is not booked, and please contact me in this case. You will also get a text & email reminder the day of your appointment.
